Mám neschopenku 3. týden, ale zaměstnavatel mi neproplatil nemoc. Může nemoc neproplatit a jak mám postupovat?

Dobrý den, Adame,

je možné, že lékař nevystavil tzv. lístek na peníze. I přesto, že jsou neschopenky v elektronické podobě, musí lékař vystavit “dobu trvání dočasné pracovní neschopnosti”. Je to takový elektronický lístek na peníze. Na základě toho by měl zaměstnavatel PN proplatit.

Doporučil bych prvně kontaktovat lékaře a následně mzdovou účtárnu, jestli je vše v pořádku.

Ze zákona je zaměstnavatel povinen dobu prvních 14. pracovních dní proplatit, ale musí k tomu mít potřebné podklady.
